This knot is mostly used to make rope end strong.

From this kind of knot one can join two dry ropes with each others. Mostly it is used when a rope became small and it needs to be long then we use this knot to increase length of the rope.

We use this type of knot to join two wet ropes. It is mostly used in rescue operations when rescuers use ropes for any operation and they join it during rain or during fire because during these conditions ropes became wet.

This type of knot is used in that condition when we have only one rope but that is not much strong for our use. Also we use this knot to decrease the length of a long rope when needed.

Bowline is used during rescue operations when a fireman or rescuer tie it with its back and goes for rescue. It is because that fire man can untie it when he feels danger for himself.

It is mostly used in floods when there is a need to lift heavy things from water. Due to these knots rescuers tie woods or other things and hatch them out to decrease the danger.
